I had the privilege of being part of Multimedia Special Events as a Graphic Operator & Digital Media Associate, where I combined creativity with technical precision to bring large-scale productions to life. My role went far beyond simply designing graphics—I was actively involved in every stage of the process, from supervising and leading creative development, to creating customized visual packages, to operating and managing them live during high-profile events.

Key responsibilities included:

  • Graphic Design & Creation: Developing tailored visuals for concerts, award shows, film premieres, and corporate meetings that aligned with each brand’s identity and audience.

  • Live Operations: Running real-time graphics during live broadcasts and events, ensuring seamless transitions under pressure.

  • LED Screen Management: Overseeing and operating large-scale LED content for concerts, premieres, and corporate events, guaranteeing flawless on-stage visuals.

  • Event Coordination: Collaborating with producers, creative teams, and technical staff to ensure all digital media elements were delivered with precision and impact.

Notable events I contributed to include:

  • 🎤 Premios Lo Nuestro 2023 & 2024 – One of the biggest Latin music award shows, where I was in charge of supervising and operating live graphics.

  • 🎶 Uforia Concerts – Managed LED content and live graphics for large-scale concerts, enhancing the audience experience.

  • 🎬 Radical Movie Premiere – Designed and executed dynamic digital media to elevate the red-carpet atmosphere.

  • 💼 TownHall Corporate Meetings – Delivered polished visuals for professional, high-level corporate presentations.

This experience strengthened my ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, balancing creativity with technical execution, and ensuring that every detail met the highest production standards.
